1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Shortrental.ai ("Service"), operated by Shortrental EOOD. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind the entity you represent. If you don't agree to these Terms, don't use the Service.
3. Account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Enable 2FA. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and trial
The 14-day trial requires no credit card. After the trial you must choose a paid plan to continue. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually based on your selection. Cancel anytime from settings.
5. Payment
Invoices are issued in EUR. Late payments incur a 4% monthly fee after 30 days. We may suspend the Service for unpaid invoices after 45 days.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) resell the Service without a written partnership agreement, (b) reverse-engineer the platform, (c) use the AI to send spam or violate OTA policies, (d) bypass rate limits, or (e) use the Service for illegal activity.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service, code, AI models and documentation. You retain all rights to your content (guest messages, listings, photos). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Stripe and others. Their terms apply independently. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach with 14 days' notice (or immediately for security/legal reasons). We'll provide a data export for 30 days after termination.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime, absence of bugs or that the AI will answer every message correctly. We commit to a 99.9% monthly uptime target on paid plans.
11. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sofia City Court, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
