    Voice AI goes generally available

    Inbound + outbound voice handling in 11 languages, with full transcripts and AI routing.

    Six months after our closed beta, Voice AI is now live for every workspace on the AI and Scale plans.

    ✨ Features

    • Inbound voice: Your published number routes to the AI first. Handles common questions (check-in time, directions, WiFi) without human touch. 89% resolution rate in beta.
    • Outbound voice: The AI can proactively call guests when a noise sensor trips, a payment fails, or a cleaner can't reach them.
    • Full transcripts: Every call is transcribed (via Whisper), indexed and searchable. Multi-speaker diarization included.
    • Language detection: The AI detects guest language from the first 2 seconds and switches accordingly. Supports BG, EN, DE, RO, EL, IT, FR, ES, PL, CZ, HU.

    🔧 Improvements

    • Dashboard: new "Voice activity" tab under Inbox with call timeline, outcomes and AI confidence scores.
    • Billing: voice minutes are billed at cost pass-through. See pricing for per-minute rates by region.
    • Compliance: All inbound calls include a GDPR-compliant recording disclosure in the guest's language.

    🐛 Fixes

    • Fixed an edge case where guests calling from a VoIP number were misclassified as spam.
    • Resolved call-quality degradation during peak hours in frankfurt-1 (root cause: upstream SIP provider).

    Owner statements 2.0

    New owner portal with multi-currency P&L, expense categories and PDF statements that actually look good.

    ✨ Features

    • New Owner portal at owner.shortrental.ai with a dashboard-first layout. Owners see monthly revenue, operational expenses, occupancy trends and a maintenance log — all scoped to their properties.
    • Multi-currency P&L: Portfolios mixing EUR, BGN, GBP and USD now report consolidated P&L in the workspace's base currency, with per-property breakdown in original currencies.
    • PDF statements: One-click PDF export for monthly statements. Configurable branding (logo, colors, footer).
    • Expense categories: 18 default categories + unlimited custom. Each expense can be flagged as "pass-through" (owner pays) or "internal" (PM absorbs).

    🔧 Improvements

    • Owner portal loads 3× faster thanks to server-side aggregation.
    • Statements now include a tax summary section (VAT breakdown for Bulgaria, Germany, Romania).
    • Dark mode support across all owner-facing screens.

    🐛 Fixes

    • Fixed a rounding error when converting BGN ↔ EUR on statements exported to PDF.
    • Historical statements now correctly reflect the exchange rate at the time of booking, not generation.

    Smart dispatch for cleaners

    Cleaners now get jobs based on location, current workload and QC history — not just round-robin.

    ✨ Features

    • Smart dispatch algorithm: Replaces the simple round-robin scheduler. The AI now considers cleaner location, current workload, QC pass rate and apartment familiarity when assigning jobs. Early data: 23% faster completion, 41% fewer QC failures.
    • Cleaner earnings dashboard: Cleaners see real-time earnings, weekly goals and a leaderboard in the mobile Cleaner Portal.
    • Photo-required QC: Configurable per listing — specific QC items can require a photo before the cleaner can mark them done.

    🔧 Improvements

    • Cleaner mobile app now works fully offline, queuing QC submissions for sync.
    • Task timeline on desktop shows cleaner ETA based on real commute data.

    🐛 Fixes

    • Fixed a bug where double-bookings same day (check-out → check-in) sometimes didn't generate a cleaning task.
    • Resolved an issue where cleaner ratings were ignored when dispatching to a new unit.
